CANNOT LOG INTO WINDOWS LIVE, HOTMAIL OR WORKSPACE

When I type the Live ID and password I'm told that my password is not correct. 

I have tried a dozen times making sure the case was specific and asked 2 people here to input the information--this is not user error.
I was able to reset my password and the page again tells me it is not correct.

Are you having problems with your network?  How can I contact someone for additional information.

Because my Workspace is frozen I cannot do the work that I need to accomplish before tomorrow morning.  I will now be reluctant to use your Live software and applications because of this problem.

Second question--why is it that when I type in your Microsoft Answers search box, in plain language the above question I get no where?  Your own website search is terrible.
