Counting Unique Values And Displaying Text

In column A, rows 1 to 500 I have a list of Customer names.
The Customer names can be repeated.
In column B I would like a formula that would cause the text "Initial Order" to be printed if this was the first time that customers name appeared in the list
and if it appeared thereafter the text "Reorder" would be printed.
 
To clarify, cell A7 contains the name "John Smith".
That name does not appear in calls A1 to A6.
IN that case I would like the text "Initial Order" to appear in cell B7.
Assuming the name "John Smith" appears in cell A72 then I would want the text "Reorder"
to appear in cell B72.
I plan to keep adding values to column A so this spreadsheet will continue to grow over time.

and fill down as far as necessary.
