AutoCad "Fatal error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7584b727h

I have installed AutoCAD 2002 on my new windows 7 computer and worked fine for a couple of weeks. 
Now it will not open and shows this message "Fatal error: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at 7584b727h" and then close when I select OK.
I have tried to uninstall AutoCAD2002 unsuccesfully, I get a "Product: AutoCAD 2002 -- Internal Error 2203.
C:\Windows\Installer\1deac.ipi, -2147287035" error message (104974d.msi) and the uninstall program quits.
I have tried changing the compatability to windows XP SP3 version (used on my old PC) with No luck.
I have tried system restore to an earlier date, program will not uninstall.
 
At this point, I want it off this program off this machine.  How do I uninstall AutoCAD 2002?

I would suggest you to follow the methods.
Method 1: Try uninstalling the program from control panel “programs and features.”

and check.
Go to program files, check for the AutoCAD folder and delete the folder

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
