All programs tries to open with Internet Explorer.

Original Title: I mistekenly setted up my defualt programm to Internet Explorer, now any program ex.
''Computer, Control panel Settings'' I try to open, they open with Internet Explorer.
So now actually I am unable to use my computer.
I try to open for Example Mozilla Firefox and internet explorer pops up and is asking me if I want to run or save Mozilla firefox, when pressing run the window disapears and then comes back  again and nothing happens.
I tried to restore my PC to a previous
date and the restore programm tries to open with Internet Explorer as well.
Please help me, I have no idea how to fix this.

When you run an .exe file on a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7-based computer, the file may start a different program

Boot in Safe Mode:

• Open Run command as previously described
• Type MSConfig
• Click on Boot tab
• Tick Safe boot in Boot option
• Select Network
• Click Apply and OK
• Reboot your system

Your system will boot in Safe mode with Networking. You may now try and open Windows Store and should not see any errors.
