Alteration of Formula Needed (IF and SUMIF)

Previously I was using the formula
=IF(B75<=7.24,SUMIF(Creator!$E$25:$E$28,C75,Creator!$I$25:$I$28)+SUMIF(Creator!$L$25:$L$28,C75,Creator!$P$25:$P$28),SUMIF(Creator!$E$10:$E$24,C75,Creator!$I$10:$I$24)+SUMIF(Creator!$L$10:$L$24,C75,Creator!$P$10:$P$24))
to find the amount of hours worked my an employee in any paticular day and/or shift.

After altering a few formula on the Creator sheet, this formula is now no longer needed, and is in need of alteration.
The formula is used as shown:

1...Sarah....$7.25....Formula that counts the amount of hours worked
2...Sarah....$4.25....Formula that counts the amount of hours worked
3...Mike.......$7.85....Formula that counts the amount of hours worked
 
What needs to happen is that the formula should be the same on both C1 and C2, but depending on what B1 and B2 has, should change what the formula does.
In the formula I have above..
if B1 has anything <=7.24, it would count the amount of hours worked in Creator.
And anything else would be counted likewise.
This formula was used only in 4 cells for the <= on the Creator sheet, but the new formula needed must work on cells 10:28
 
What is needed is a formula that will know that is Sarah on the creator sheet, is working under the $7.25, it will count the amount of hours she is working.
And if Sarah is working during the day under her $4.25, it should know to count the amount of hours
worked in that pay.
 
Also, if the employee only has one pay rate like Mike, who works at 7.85 an hour, it should know that he only has one pay rate, and understand it should look for any hours he worked.

Under the Forecast sheet, you'll see that Mike's hours are not showing up, because the formula no longer works with his single pay rate.
Sorry ahead of time for it being a difficult way to get the formula to work.
