Solution to Problem: Automatically change DNS server when switching WiFi network?

Automatically change DNS server when switching WiFi network?

I usually am connected to one of two wifi networks, one I have control over and one I don't.
When I am connected to the one I have no control over, I usually switch my DNS settings from the network server (which goes down often) to a third party one, but
I end up having to do this every time.
Is there a way so that it would automatically change my DNS server whenever I connect to that network? I'm running Windows Developer Preview

Step 5:
 Disable the security software temporarily.
Note: Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats.
In most cases, you should not disable your antivirus software.
If you do have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you should re-enable
it as soon as you're done.
If you are connected to the Internet or a network during the time your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.
