Who is the computer manufacturer?What is the make and the model number of the computer?Have you installed the right drivers for the Wireless network card?Are you using Wireless to connect to Internet or is it connected through Ethernet?What is the exact error message you receive?

Check Windows System Requirements

Microsoft Windows Requirements :

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)

This error can be due to some configuration requirements for you system. If your PC hardware is not up to par, then make sure you upgrade where necessary before continuing.

This now does column Z and column AB

Open Run command as previously described
Type MSConfig
Click on Boot tab
Tick Safe boot in Boot option
Select Network
Click Apply and OK

When I insert a CD, thumbdrive, or anything that should autoplay, the autoplay window pops up and then goes away almost instantly. So fast that you hardly see it. I can open My Computer and right click on the CD and select autoplay and it does the same
thing. Window pops up and goes away instantly.
I have checked the group policy as advised on other posts and that did not work. I have turned off autoplay and turned it back on and that did not work. I have reset autoplay defaults and did not work. I ran SFC /scannow and that did not work.
Any other ideals?

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your machine prior to this issue?

Type "services.msc" in the start search box, click on OK.

Make sure the "Startup Type" says "Automatic".

Machine Throttling

Go to the Start button.
In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
Reboot your computer.

attempting windows backup i get error code 0x80070002

i try to back up my ssd 'c' drive using all microsoft 'recommended' options , to the sata hdd which was chosen by the computer,though it did the same thing when i did the config myself too, and i get this error code.
it looks as if some of the back up
and sys image were done and no log shows just what stopped or where it stopped , or why.

the sata internal drive is analyzed, checked, cleaned and all that .
it is a 1T samsung spinpoint f3.
i can not find any other solutions for this, there are similar error codes for update and other things.

Also,this would be the first backup since installing the new os ,clean install on the crucial c4 128gig ssd f9 firmware. it is all about 2weeks old maybe 3weeks.
i did the back up due to the prompts in the action thing, only it wont happen.

My partner is working in Word 2007.
In one document whenever she insets an apostrophe, two blanks are automatically inserted.

backup hangs, DVD is full

On a new HP  e9200 I am trying to create a backup to a DVD.
The DVD is new.  It start the backup and it runs quickly to 47% complete.
It then sits at this level for 12+ hours before I cancel the backup.
The Computer display indicates that the DVD (E drive)
has less than 20 KB free space. I am trying to "create a new, Full backup". The C drive has 60 GBytes used.  How do you create a backup that spans multiple DVDs ?

Note that I have check the Microsoft Backup service to "Allow service to interact with destop."

I have win 7 pro , i5-4core/16GB Ram hp PC.
When shut down always appear the message "awaiting background programs to close." and it shut down after 15-30seconds...
I think is due to many data/apps in clipboard ...
Is it for this? Can empty clipboard manually and after shut down?

Also when sometimes load VM PLAYER VM - BLACKBERRY 10 EMULATOR VM, After a while PC freezes and screen and needed keep pressed START BUTTON for 5sec to restart...
is just a down that need NOT smooth restart...

If PC overloaded in second case, how clean the overload...
the RAM and Processor get free-ed resources?
