After few times got screen frozen black and message video driver recovered now blue screen how can i solve it ?

For long time when i played game watched online videos and today even just doing nothing i got from time to time the pc froze only mouse worked then the mouse froze too then blakc screen and then the monitor closed and re opened automatic and then on the
right bottom corner i saw a message that the video drivers recovered from erroor somethingl ike that.
 
Today the pc froze few minutes ago then blakc and monitore closed when opened i saw a blue screen on the top i saw: 0a0000001 then (0x00000000000000005 , 0x00000000000000,0x00000000000000...)
 
On the bottom i saw numbers running say dumping memory when it got to 100% it hang on the blue screen i had to restart the pc manualy.
I hope its not physical memory problem!
 
I think few weeks ago i checked with mem386 and didnt find any errors.
 
What can be the problem and how can i solve it ?
 
 
I have windows 7  home premium service pack 1
OS 64 bit
Intel I7 920 2.67GHZ 2.79GHZ
6GB Memeory installed
 
The video card is: ATI Radeon HD 5800 series Total graphics av memory 3839MB  Dedicated video memory 1024MB System video memory 0MB Shared system memory 2815MB
The video card current drivers installed are :  Catalyst version 11.2
 
Is that any memory physical problem ? And if not what can i do ? If i need ill re installed all over again the windows but i want to be sure this blue screen isnt physical problem with the memory the ram.
