When I try to print form e-mails my printjobs get stuck and won't print nor delete.
It takes days for them to clear.

It happens from time to time that a print job is not processed by Windows and that it cannot be deleted at the same time; A stuck print job so to speak which will block all the other print jobs from being processed.
Even a restart of the computer system will
not get rid of the stuck print job.
There is however a fast and efficient method to remove the stuck print job from the print queue.
All that basically needs to be done is to stop the Print Spooler service, delete the stuck print jobs manually and restart
the Print Spooler service afterwards.
I'd suggest you follow these steps and check if the issue resolved.
Step 1:
I'd suggest you open printer troubleshooter as your first and check if that comes up with conclusive results.

Step 2:
Make sure your print spooler service is started.
At this point, on your computer, check the status of print spooler service.
Restart print spooler services.

Click Start, type services.msc and hit Enter

Scroll down to Print spooler.
c.
Start the print spooler service.
Open Action Center by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under System and Security, clicking Review your computer's status.
Update and run your antivirus software. Windows doesn't come with antivirus software, but Action Center can often monitor the antivirus software that you or your computer manufacturer have installed.
