Corel WinDVD 2010 Pro's compatibility

I install Corel WinDVD 2010 Pro on Windows 7 Ultimate.
It seems that WinDVD doesn't run properly on Windows 7.
The window of WinDVD usually blinks when I click an item.
So it's hard to control WinDVD because I have to click an item several times.
But the
problem is solved when I change compatibility to a previous version of Windows (Windows Vista SP2) and the application runs as well as it could.
