CountIf for Range with an OR statement

=IF(COUNTIF(I6:I30,"i")=2,IF(COUNTIF(I6:I30,"BU")=1,"OK","FIX"))
Above formula counts number of "i" and number of "BU" giving OK for 2 of "i" and 1 of "BU" but I would like to have this formula also contain a countif for an OR condition.
Need formula to count number of "i" but return an "OK" if range contains 2 "i" and
either 1 "BU" or 1 "R", with "R" being another text to be counted.
